Andy has been working actively as a sculptor for the last 8 years, 6 of those through Ironton.

His preferred medium is stone, often combined with steel. Occasionally he adds mixed media such as acrylic, bristles, fiber, or pigments. Andy's first career was in clinical psychology and his work tends to develop themes derived from this rich history - themes such as identity processes, memory, intra- and interpersonal concepts, and human frailties. After showing for four years at Walker Fine Art here in Denver, Andy is currently not represented in a Denver gallery - but is showing locally and nationally in sculpture shows and art fairs. He is excited to be part of the RiNO community with all its diversity and energy.
